Hi there!

My name is Dora Halas. Let me tell you a little bit about myself.

I am a teacher and a musician. I am interested in alternative ways of EDUCATION and SELF-DEVELOPMENT. I like to experiment with holistic, playful and creative APPROACHES in all my FIELDS.

Currently I am teaching English acquisition, I work in vocal projects and I am training to become an MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher. I live in Berlin with my family – my husband and two boys. 

In the first 25 years of my professional life I FOUNDED choirs and musical COMMUNITIES, including the Hungarian choir Soharóza in Budapest. I was also the musical leader of some wonderful artistic projects like the Catwalk Concert Productions. I have now stepped into the next phase of my life: a slower phase filled with much AWARENESS. I am learning Mindfulness, Qi Gong and Tai chi, Breathworks, Anatomic Vocal Production, Cognitive Linguistics and Weaving. I am really CURIOUS to see how my old EXPERIENCES and my new learnings will MERGE.
